    This CTOR thing is actually quite interesting, because it allows you to predict the order that transactions will appear in a block, and generate the merkle tree for it before the block is actually mined. It could reduce the need to download or validate the full block after it’s mined, since you’re already doing that as the transactions themselves come in. Might allow for bigger blocks without increasing the orphan rate too much. That being said, BCH has failed to gain enough traction to ever be tested with large blocks anyway (except testnet stuff). If this turns out to be a useful idea, it could potentially be added to BTC via a soft fork, using a similar mechanism to how SegWit effectively increased the max block size.
